HACCP
As a committed food manufacturer, Ocean Fresh has successfully implemented the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point System (HACCP), which emphasizes food safety and accredited by the Ministry of Health, Malaysia.
GMP
GMP defines quality measures for both production and quality control and defines general measures to ensure that processes necessary for production and testing are clearly defined, validated, reviewed, and documented, and that the personnel, premises and materials are suitable for the production of pharmaceuticals and biologicals including vaccines.

MESTI trained and qualified in food preparation for your business to meet this standard. Additionally, they should demonstrate the ability to handle food hygienically. Moreover, they must be vaccinated against typhoid and free of contagious diseases.
